Chalkboards for Change

I was inspired to make everything around into chalkboards, especially when children get a great learning experience out of it. The cool thing about this piece is that it's reversible. These things are made to order so email me and donate if interested, (suggested donation is $25). Thanks!

What dear earring holders!

After some time contemplating on how and what to make next, I've finally produced some earring holders, thanks to my friend Christi Garland for showing the way.  A portion of your purchase will go to her shop, Christ's Closet (you can follow her on facebook http://www.facebook.com/christiscloset).  So, they're $10-20 a pop, so donate and contact me if you're interested !

Un Grand Chien, Un Grand Vie.

There was a request x 2 to paint a portrait of a lovely dog named "Shooter," who I feel shoots for the good things in life.  It was a great pleasure to paint my first grand chien, or big dog.  I loved it, so keep the requests on flowin'!

Un Chat Tres Magnifique!

Finally, another project completed! I was happy to get a request to paint a magnificent cat named Murphy in order to be given as a wedding present to a dear friend.  Through input and inspiration from a fellow artist, this project shines as a 3-d image constructed on wood. Thanks to this request and all the help I received, Murphy's excellence is now forever captured.

Up next, I'm working on a graduation present/painting/collage for my best friend, (since five years old) that will be completing law school this month! Wow, congrats to her!

I would love more requests and challenges not only to strengthen me as an "artist", but to also  strengthen connections between good people that want to pay it forward to good things.

Merci to all!
